Our client is a leading international design and engineering practice, delivering complete design packages from concept through to completion. With studios in London and abroad, they specialise in high-end residential and hospitality interiors across the UK and Middle East. The London office is their Interior Design and FF&E studio, working on prestigious, design-led residential schemes.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Interior Designer – FF&E to join their growing London team. You will work across large-scale, luxury residential projects, taking responsibility for FF&E design, scheduling, sourcing and supplier coordination. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to international projects, beautiful design work, and offers strong career development.
Key Responsibilities for the FF&E Designer are to:
- Produce detailed FF&E schedules and specifications
- Source, specify and manage suppliers and manufacturers
- Deal with suppliers and assist with cost control
- Attend site visits and inspections
- Prepare design schemes and presentations
- Manage FF&E procurement and reporting throughout projects
Skills & Experience Required:
- 4+ years experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality interiors
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept to installation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident presenting ideas to senior team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign
- Experience with FF&E software
- Strong understanding of international suppliers and procurement
