Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers and investors
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally with clients over the phone
  • Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities
  • Book appointments for senior sales team and valuers
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within internal systems
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all stages of the enquiry process
  • Work towards individual and team-based performance targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive and target-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in property is advantageous
