Job Description:

Horizon Teachers are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join a Primary school in Barnet from September.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to support their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with play, learning, and daily activities
  • Encouraging play-based learning
  • Assisting early years staff with setting up activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
  • Helping with hygiene routines
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, patient, and caring nature
  • Previous primary or nursery experience
