As a Retention Advisor at GoFibre, youll turn Im leaving into Im staying every day.
?? Based in our modern Edinburgh Office, just 5-minutes from Haymarket ??Earning potential up to £40,000 (uncapped commission) | £26,227.50 base? 37.5 hours per week
Shifts between 8am8pm (MonFri) + occasional Saturday (with a weekday off)

The Role
Youll speak to customers thinking about leaving, understanding whats gone wrong, fixing it, and showing them why staying with GoFibre is the right move.

What youll be doing
- Speak to customers looking to cancel and turn those conversations around
- Get to the root of issues and resolve them quickly
- Build trust through clear, confident conversations
- Handle objections calmly and positively
- Identify opportunities to improve or upgrade the customer experience
- Hit retention, upsell and customer satisfaction targets
What were looking for
You dont need to know broadband inside out. Well teach you that.
This role suits someone who enjoys a challenge and doesnt take no personally.
