An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a growing business within the automotive sector.This role would suit someone with previous experience within vehicle finance, automotive, leasing, or commercial vehicles who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support.
The Role
Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of customer enquiries, vehicle orders, finance applications, and sales administration processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with customers, lenders, dealerships, and suppliers
- Managing finance documentation and compliance paperwork
- Updating CRM systems and internal databases
- Assisting with vehicle delivery coordination
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in a similar sales support or administration role
- Have experience within the vehicle finance, automotive, leasing, or commercial vehicle sector
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Thrive in a busy, team-focused environment
