An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a growing business within the automotive sector.This role would suit someone with previous experience within vehicle finance, automotive, leasing, or commercial vehicles who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support.

The Role

Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of customer enquiries, vehicle orders, finance applications, and sales administration processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with customers, lenders, dealerships, and suppliers
  • Managing finance documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Updating CRM systems and internal databases
  • Assisting with vehicle delivery coordination
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience in a similar sales support or administration role
  • Have experience within the vehicle finance, automotive, leasing, or commercial vehicle sector
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Thrive in a busy, team-focused environment

What’s On Offer?

Salary between £27,000 and £30,000 DOE
