Technical Account Manager (OMS / PMS, Trading, Buy side, Sell side)

A leading FinTech and provider of trading solutions (EMS / OMS / PMS) is seeking a client-focused Technical Account Manager to join its London team. Candidates from a Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Application Support, or Implementation background are highly desirable.
Working with hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investment firms, you will act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, strong platform adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with buy-side clients using OMS and PMS solutions.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for technical and operational queries.
- Coordinate onboarding projects and connectivity implementations.
- Work closely with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Monitor client health and identify opportunities to expand platform usage.
- Provide guidance on electronic trading workflows and best practices.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions.
Requirements
Essential
- 37 years’ experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Application Support, or Implementation roles.
- Experience with OMS, PMS, EMS, or capital markets technology.
- Understanding of electronic trading workflows.
- Knowledge of:
- Equities, Fixed Income, FX, or Derivatives.
- FIX Protocol and market connectivity.
- Linux and SQL fundamentals.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or brokers.
- Exposure to cloud-based trading platforms.
- Python or scripting knowledge.
