Senior Positive Behaviour Support Lead for Youth & Families

Together Trust is seeking a Senior Young Peoples Community Support Worker in Wythenshawe, Manchester, to support children and families. In this role, you will provide first line management to Community Support Workers, mentor staff, and deliver Positive Behaviour Support.
