TeacherActive is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Essex to support students aged 11-16 in a Secondary School. The role involves day-to-day and long-term cover opportunities, fostering high behavior standards and encouraging student achievement.

The ideal candidate will assist teaching staff to maintain engagement, support learning outcomes, and manage classes effectively. Experience in a similar role is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.
