SENDCo & Inclusion Lead – Waldorf Pedagogy

York Steiner School Limited is seeking a passionate SENDCo to empower students with special educational needs. This full-time role involves leading the school’s SEND provision, providing guidance to staff and parents, and coordinating support for children.

The SENDCo will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment that aligns with our Steiner Waldorf approach. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to inclusive education, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
