Community Rehab Assistant: Restore Independence & Support Teams

The London Borough of Hounslow is looking for permanent full-time and part-time CRS Rehab Assistants for the Community Recovery Service. This role involves providing personal care support to clients with rehabilitation goals and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for home visits, risk assessments, and contributing to client assessments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, IT competency, and a customer-focused attitude. Enhanced DBS is required.
