Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing
Join our busy Residential Conveyancing team at the Higham Ferrers office. This full-time role involves managing a variety of conveyancing matters from initial paperwork to settlement and post-completion follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Support the Team Leader across all stages of conveyancing
- Handle initial paperwork and draft contracts
- Set up matters for completion
- General administrative duties
- Communicate directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Assist other team members as required
- Manage post-completion tasks
Requirements
- Proven organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage one’s own workload
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
- IT literacy and commitment to learning
- Previous residential conveyancing experience or case-management experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- DBS check required
