Senior Residential Support Worker: Youth Care & Sleep‑In Leader

Middlesbrough Council is looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to create a safe and welcoming home for children and young people aged 8-18. This role requires working closely with young people, supporting their daily needs, and ensuring their emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children or young people, possess a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and be committed to providing a caring and restorative approach to support. Regular training and development opportunities will be provided.
