Manufacturing Operator – Overview
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join PCS’s manufacturing function, which is responsible for the manufacture, integration, and test of a wide range of products and systems that provide innovative capabilities for our customers.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in precision assembly environments
- Working to industry codes of practice and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, which define the materials, methods, testing, and inspection criteria for crimped, mechanically secured, and soldered interconnections
- Manufacturing or assembling complex aerospace components
- Transferable skills and a willingness to learn
Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government National Security Vetting criteria.
