Care Home Maintenance Technician (On-Call)

The Talent Hub is looking for a Maintenance Person in Hemel Hempstead. This role requires someone experienced in maintenance, painting, basic electrics, and plumbing, ensuring all equipment is safe and in working order.

You will be responsible for regular checks on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and performing maintenance tasks as requested by the Home Manager. The position is permanent, with an hourly rate between £14 and £14.50 depending on experience, plus an on-call allowance.
