Production operator in Perth, Perth & Kinross

This role is working a rotating double dayshift pattern and would suit someone with strong hands‑on manufacturing experience and excellent attention to detail.

Shift Pattern

• Early Shift
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am to 11:00am
• Back Shift
  • Monday to Thursday: 2:20pm to 10:50pm
  • Friday: 10:50am to 3:50pm
  • 10% shift allowance included

Duties

• Measuring materials using tape measures and digital verniers
• Cutting using wet and dry industrial saws
• Grinding using industrial grindersBonding and cement application work
• Working accurately to tight tolerances
• Following SOPs and production instructions
• Supporting housekeeping and 5S standards
• Completing production tasks safely and accurately

Skills & Experience Required

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
• Experience working shifts
• Basic IT skills
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach

Production Operator required for a busy manufacturing department working rotating double dayshifts with 10% shift allowance. Duties include measuring, grinding, cutting, bonding, and supporting production processes within a manufacturing environment. Previous production experience and strong accuracy essential.
