Employment Details

• Contracted hours: 23 hours per week (days)
• 2 week rolling rota
• Wage: £13.10 per hour
• No sponsorship is offered at this time.

People you will be supporting

• 5 service users with learning disabilities.
• Service users who require personal and emotional care.
• Service users who display small/infrequent challenging behaviour.
• Service users who require assistance with daily tasks and are encouraged to learn new skills.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with challenging behaviour.
• Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
• Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
• Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
• Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people you support.
• Open to learning new skills.
