Support Worker for Teen: Community & Daily Living

We are looking for a Support Worker in Newcastle upon Tyne to assist a 14-year-old boy with special needs. This role involves supporting the child in community outings and daily living activities tailored to his interests.

The successful candidate will require knowledge of diabetes management and communication methods using PECS and Makaton. This position includes a DBS check, and permission to work in the UK is necessary.
