Salary: Band 4 £34,806 – £41,340 | Band 3 £30,434–£35,627, dependant on experience
- £1,747 annual bonus + enhanced unsocial hours – 40% nights/Sat, 80% Sundays/BH

Applications are invited from experienced Support Workers to join the Adult Learning Disabilities Service in Guernsey. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism across supported living homes, outreach and community settings.
Role
This role is specifically based within the Community Living team, but there are also opportunities, depending on your skills and knowledge, to expand your skills and experience in other areas of the service. You’ll encourage independence, deliver person‑centred support and help service users live fulfilling lives both at home and in the community. This includes assisting with daily living, promoting skills development, supporting activities, and working closely with a dedicated multi‑disciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Support Worker in learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Adult Health & Social Care
- Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey – sponsorship cannot be provided
- Full UK driving licence
