Support Worker

Support Worker role at Glassmoon Services. Responsible for delivering person‑centred care to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge, skills, legislation and best practice to provide high‑quality care.
• Enable clients to engage with interests, maintain skills and receive personalised support.
• Support development and maintenance of clients’ relationships and community connections.
• Maintain accurate Support Plans and other documentation.
• Notify leadership of any changes in client needs.
• Promote and maintain safety and safeguarding.
• Assist clients in developing relationships with family and friends.

Requirements

• Drivers preferred (licence and valid checks).
• Right to work in the UK.
• References available.
• Satisfactory criminal record checks.
• ID & address verification.

Salary range is £13.45 to £13.81 dependent on experience, effective from 30th March 2026.
