Paramount Personnel is seeking a talented and enthusiastic senior chef de partie, to join its client, a prestigious restaurant within the Minehead area.
Well known for its use of locally sourced, and self sourced ingredients, the successful senior chef de partie will be a passionate chef, and someone who enjoys working with fresh and local ingredients. An establishment with an incredible reputation, you will have a natural ability to create exceptional dishes using fresh and local ingredients, with an ambitious approach for career progression.
The successful Senior Chef de Partie responsibilities will include;
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurants processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station.
- Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chef.
- Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations.
An establishment that prides itself on a strong team work ethic, and the successful candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, a strong understanding of classic and modern culinary techniques and a willingness to learn.
Due to the nature of the location, it is important that the successful candidate has a valid UK driving licence and access to own transport.
