We are partnering with a prestigious client based in the City of London who is seeking a proactive, polished, and people-focused Event Assistant – supporting Front of House operations and client‑facing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys delivering exceptional service, and is available to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing outstanding Front of House support
  • Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Assisting with the coordination and smooth running of events
  • Ensuring event spaces are prepared, organised, and presentable
  • Providing proactive support to ensure all event needs are met

About You

  • Professional, confident communicator
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Comfortable in client‑facing and FOH roles
  • Available immediately
