Job Description:

We are looking for a structured, service-oriented and proactive Sales Support to support our commercial activities in the UK and RoW (Rest of World). Could this be you?

Role Description

In this role, you will be a key link between customers, sales, production, logistics and internal support functions, ensuring efficient sales processes and an excellent customer experience. You will play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly and professionally in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Provide accurate product and order information, ensuring a high level of service
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order processing and follow‑up
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a consistently positive experience

Order and delivery coordination

  • Register, track and follow up customer orders from order to delivery
  • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely and correct deliveries
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate with customers on status and changes
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring professional resolution

Operational coordination

  • Act as a bridge between sales, logistics, production and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth workflows and contribute to efficient sales and delivery processes
  • Support ongoing improvement of processes and ways of working
  • Work closely with the UK sales team and relevant international stakeholders
  • Participate in sales and operations meetings as required
  • Contribute to reporting and tracking of key operational activities

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience from a similar role within sales support, customer service or operations
  • Strong understanding of order handling, coordination and customer processes
  • Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Highly service-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-focused and reliable
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Takes ownership and delivers with high quality
