Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Supervisor (Zero Hours) – Yarnfield Park, Stone, Staffordshire

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks for the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners, and organise cover when needed.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
• Manage supplies stock levels, order cleaning and consumable products within budget.
• Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety.
