Role Overview
We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team. The operative will deliver first‑class service to our properties covering Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas. The responsibilities include carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades. Work must be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs across properties.
- Execute void works and property MOTs.
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Deliver services in an efficient manner and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Reliable, experienced trade operative.
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring.
- Ability to provide good customer care.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
