Psychology Grad Academic Mentor – 1:1 SEND Support

The Graduate Network is seeking a Psychology Graduate Academic Mentor in Shrewsbury to provide tailored academic support to students with additional needs during the school day. The role involves working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping students build confidence and manage their routines effectively.

Applicants should possess a 2:2 or above in Psychology or a related field and exhibit strong communication skills. An Enhanced DBS certificate is required or must be obtained. This role offers direct exposure to educational practices and student support.
