Chef de Partie – Hampshire (Luxury Hotel and Golf Club)

Hours

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event service

The role of Chef de Partie:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes

The ideal Chef de Partie:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • A genuine passion for food with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Based at a well‑established hotel and golf club in beautiful countryside surroundings in Hampshire, delivering food for weddings, corporate events, golf days, and daily restaurant service.
