Retail Merchandiser

Salary: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 – £13.75 per hour + £1.54 – £1.66 holiday pay)

Responsibilities

• Support a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management across various retail stores.
• Travel to stores as required; having your own vehicle is advantageous. Accommodation will be provided when necessary.
• Execute de-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, clean fixtures, and reprofile fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
• Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and support replenishment as needed.
• Clock in and out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
• Work shifts of 10–12 hours, including day and night shifts (most are nights). Availability is managed through the Field Power platform.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Attention to detail.
• General fitness for manual handling and lifting.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail (training will be provided).
• Problem-solving skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Availability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; 18 years of age or older only.
