Retail Merchandiser

Location: DOVER

Pay: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 – £13.75 per hour + £1.54 – £1.66 holiday pay).

The role

• Work in a variety of retail stores; travel varies by shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Maintain a fast pace and high standard of work expected by our clients.
• Duties include de‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures, reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable, transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor, and replenishment support.
• Shifts are 10‑12 hours, may include days and nights (most are nights).

Key skills / experience required

• Eye for detail.
• General fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
• Hard‑working and able to work under pressure.
• Previous retail experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Problem‑solving and a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
