Catering Supervisor: Lead Culinary & Guest Experience

Chartwells Independent in Swindon is looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens run smoothly, supporting and training teams, and delivering exceptional food experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great food, a minimum of two years’ catering experience, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role contracted to 35 hours per week.
