Supply Desk is recruiting Early Years Teachers and experienced practitioners for exciting long-term opportunities across Worthing. These roles offer consistency, development, and the chance to transition into a permanent position.
What You’ll Do
- Support children in EYFS settings, including Nursery and Reception
- Deliver creative and engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards
- Foster communication, confidence, and independence
- Support children with a range of needs, including SEN where required
- Build a positive, inclusive classroom culture
We’re Looking For
- Early Years experience (teaching or practitioner level)
- QTS (for teacher roles) or relevant childcare qualification
- Understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development
- A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
