PART TIME CATERING ASSISTANT REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2026
We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant to assist with the preparation, service of food and cleaning of premises / equipment. All applicants must be able to work in a busy ever-changing environment, work well under pressure and have a good sense of humour.
Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, service, and cleaning of premises and equipment.
Qualifications
Experience working in a school environment and a Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification would be an advantage; full training will be provided.
Key Details
Working hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (10am – 3pm), Friday (9:30am – 2:30pm). 39 working weeks (44.7 paid weeks). 1-year fixed-term contract.
Salary: Scale 2 Point 3 – £14,785.66 pro rata per annum.
