Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school located in the heart of the North Blaenau Gwent community.
The school is a vibrant and inclusive setting, known for its strong community ethos and excellent facilities that support both teaching and learning. Staff work collaboratively to ensure every child is given the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Position overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a real difference in the classroom. The position is initially for one term, with the potential for further opportunities for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Recognised Childcare qualification, or
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience working within a childcare or educational setting

- Confident working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential
- A strong team player with good communication skills
