Job Purpose
Responsible for providing a range of domestic services within Clinical and Non‑Clinical Departments throughout all areas of the Hospitals and Health Centres, ensuring compliance with quality standards, Health & Safety, control of infection, Audit Scotland and HAI task force requirements, National Cleaning Services Specification and other requirements as specified by the Division.
Working hours: Monday 5 pm‑9 pm; Tuesday to Friday 4 pm‑9 pm.
Note: This post is part‑time and salary will be pro‑rata.
Post holder must have PVG Scheme membership/record. If not, an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this role may require a different level of criminal record check than currently required. If the post is assessed as a “regulated role”, appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. Any changes will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team.
