Cover Teacher Needed – Qualified or Unqualified

Location: Coventry | Primary School Setting | Start Date: September 2026 | Full‑Time Monday to Friday | Salary: TMS / UQ

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons across different year groups
• Support pupils to stay focused, motivated and engaged
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing
• Work closely with teachers, phase leaders and support staff
• Help maintain a calm, purposeful and caring learning environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold QTS, or have relevant experience working with children in education and be comfortable teaching a class
• Passionate about helping children achieve their best
• Build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
• Flexible, organised, resilient and proactive
• Have high expectations for learning, behaviour and inclusion
• Experience with primary‑aged children (desirable)
