Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter – Brighton

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Location: Brighton, East Grinstead, Crawley.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades to join our team! The role involves delivering a first‑class service to our properties in Brighton, East Grinstead, Crawley and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
• Work across specialist trades and any secondary trades as required.
• Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades.
• Good customer care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
