Retail Team Driver (Company Minibus Provided)

Full Driving Licence Required.

Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Location: Glasgow

Availability: Must be available to work throughout June and July for this vacancy.

Shift Details: 8-10 hour stock count shifts + driving time paid + bonus.

Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion. Company Minibus Provided. Immediate Start. Holiday Pay.

The Role

• Retail Minibus Driver to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores, with travel varying on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
• Follow processes when notifying the count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• While on site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for prolonged periods; may need to use access equipment to reach high stock.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Must be 25 years or older to work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Can do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner to adapt to evolving technology.
• Experience handling stock is an advantage.
