Job Overview

Mitie is looking for elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service while providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti‑social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Current SIA licence
• Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history

Main Duties

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues
• Manage anti‑social behaviour and build relationships with those who cause it
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner, demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid the reduction of crime in store
• Wear Body-Worn CCTV to support crime reduction and increase colleague and customer safety
