Sales Assistant – Part Time – Blackburn – 22.5 Hours
Salary £12.75 per hour plus the chance to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus over each year pro‑rated. Contractual hours 22.5. Part‑time. Location Blackburn (BB1 6AS).

About the Role
As a Store Colleague you’ll be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.
You don’t need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus – ability to speak additional languages highly valued.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in pawnbroking is required.
- Genuine interest in people, strong sense of integrity, and willingness to learn.
