Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, hard‑working EYFS Learning Support teacher to join our team, supporting children’s energetic learning and development.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of how children learn and develop.
  • Experience working in a school, ideally with mixed‑aged classes.
  • Ability to support the class teacher in meeting the needs of all children.
  • Ability to deliver programmes of work for focus groups of pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and National Curriculum.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding.
  • Professional, acting with integrity and strong time‑management skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable.
  • Able to show initiative and work as part of a team.
