Customer Advisor with Forecourt Duties

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer Advisors in the Fresh/Produce Department.
• Operate all checkouts accurately and process customer transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily in compliance with the company stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
• Ensure all stock displays the correct price using Shelf Edge Labels.
• Actively maintain a high level of customer service within the store.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over (legislative requirement).

Skills for Success

• Previous retail experience is not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who can make customers smile and provide excellent experience in the Fresh/Produce Department.

Work Schedule

Part‑time position: 12 hours per week. Availability required on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6:00‑12:00.
