Duty Manager – Lead a Welcoming Leisure Centre Team

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for its Kettering Swimming Pool, focused on delivering excellent customer service and operational standards. This role involves managing a team and ensuring a clean, safe environment for visitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and team management, with the ability to work flexibly. A salary of up to £26,815 per annum is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package including training and discounts.

This is a temporary contract for up to 9 months, with 37 hours of work per week on a rota basis.
