About The Role
TEAM MEMBER – MANCHESTER PICADILLY, M&S SIMPLY FOOD
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour plus a £1.20 per hour incentive for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.91 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week – shifts scheduled between 5am and 9:30pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You
- You love a fast-paced environment with friendly faces, and feel-good moments – retail at its best!
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Be able to legally work 37.5 hours at all times.
About the Team Member Role
- Display a ‘customer first’ attitude, no matter the task at hand.
- Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Previous retail experience is desired.
