About The Tech Advisory, Sales & Partnership Team
The team identifies client needs, recommends technology solutions, guides implementation, and drives revenue growth through new and expanded accounts.
Role Purpose
The Senior Director, Tech Sales Advisory drives technology adoption and revenue growth within Property Management, focusing on priority accounts with high growth potential, NPS, or other divisional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Advisory
- Lead technology advisory for assigned geography or asset class, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to promote JLL’s technology strategy, platforms, and products.
- Define priorities for NPS improvements, internal education, growth planning, and innovation.
- Develop account penetration strategies to grow share of wallet.
- Own follow‑up on client NPS pain points and feedback with action plans.
- Educate clients and internal stakeholders on JLL’s technology capabilities and business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between clients, account teams, and JLL’s technology divisions for alignment and execution.
- Contribute to technology‑focused business cases and ROI analyses.
- Serve as an industry thought leader in events and forums.
- Stay current on emerging CRE technologies and industry trends.
Technology Sales
- Support Property Management leadership and sales teams with strategic guidance and solutioning for complex pursuits.
- Integrate platform enablement technologies with other solutions sold to clients.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business challenges and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across organizational levels.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and business case analyses.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales technical teams, product specialists, and implementation consultants for feasibility and roadmap alignment.
- Participate in deal go/no‑go and strategy development for priority accounts.
Candidate Experience
- 5‑7+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large organization.
- Experience across multiple disciplines of corporate real estate and property management services, technologies, or solutions.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and C‑Suite.
- Track record of achieving credibility, presenting ideas to create value, and challenging the status quo.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Results‑driven and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capacity to conceptualize and operationalize commercial strategies.
- Ability to interact efficiently with senior leaders.

- Understanding of CRE market, Property Technologies, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, Experience Technologies.
- Experience selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce.
