Role: Senior Account Manager – PR & Communications
Location: Manchester Area | Hybrid | Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE plus performance-related bonus opportunities
Due to exciting growth, LT Talent is exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting specialist PR & Communications agencies to find their next Senior Account Manager.

Coming up on a decade in business, built entirely through organic growth, they work across Beauty, Wellness, Health & Medical Aesthetics – with a client portfolio that includes some of the most recognisable names in the industry. This is a genuinely rare opportunity. The Senior Account Manager role has been created because of new clients wins – the agency is growing fast, across the UK and internationally, and it’such an exciting time to join.
They don’t do average. They don’t do generic. And they’re not looking for someone who does either.
The Role:
- Leading day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, becoming a strategic advisor, not just a delivery contact
- Securing standout coverage across national, consumer, trade, digital and broadcast media
- Spotting reactive opportunities and moving on them fast
- Shaping client strategy and contributing original campaign ideas, before clients ask for them
- Mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers, and helping raise the bar across the team
- Getting involved in new business – pitches, proposals, and ideas that help the agency grow
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ agency PR experience, ideally across beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Strong UK media contacts and a track record of coverage that actually moved the needle and delivered
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence running multiple clients at once
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- A commercial head – you think about how comms work supports the wider business, not just the headline
