What you’ll do

· Win new customers and build a strong, application-led pipeline

· Grow and expand existing accounts

· Drive design-in and development projects

· Sell engineering & specialty plastics through consultative, technical sales

· Build relationships across the OEM & Tier value chain

· Beat the competition through insight, service, and solutions

What we’re looking for

· B2B sales experience in plastics, polymers, or technical materials

· A genuine hunter mindset with strong account development skills

· Comfortable selling technical solutions, not just products

· Commercially driven, proactive, and relationship-focused
