About this role

This is an opportunity for a strong retail leader who’s passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Understanding how to motivate teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to make a real impact, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of a thriving high-street store, leading from the front by balancing connectivity to networks, insurance/warranty offers and Sim only products with technical repair work, customer service, team leadership, and store performance. You’ll maintain high standards across network provision, repairs, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team development whilst updating our Area Managers on a daily basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting their team, and creating a positive, high-performing environment in a vibrant mobile retail environment with fantastic opportunities for growth and progression.

You need to have:

  • Experience managing a mobile phone or technical product store
  • Good knowledge of network airtime, insurance & warranty products, mobile phones, tablets and repair services
  • People management in a target-driven environment
  • Proactive and influential; able to motivate teams to reach or exceed metrics/ KPIs

Good to have but not a deal-breaker:

  • Management or Senior Advisor experience in a carrier/ network-owned store
  • Hands-on experience with mobile phone repairs
  • Experience or understanding of broadband services
