Salary: £30,000 + £17,000 OTE

This role offers a balance of relationship management, commercial responsibility and long-term account development.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build long-term client relationships and act as the primary contact
- Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Work towards retention and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotations and account plans
- Maintain CRM records and customer activity updates
