This is a sales hunter role ideal for someone who is eager tobuild pipeline, learn complex sales cycles, and close strategic deals. You willown the full sales lifecycle — from outbound prospecting through negotiatingand closing net new client contracts — with guidance and mentorship from seniorsales leadership. What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Outbound Prospecting →Discovery → Demo → Value Prop Building → Negotiating → Closing
- Generate a quality, diversified sales pipeline throughstrategic outbound efforts and creative prospecting
- Lead structured discovery conversations that uncovercustomer pain, quantify impact, and align to business outcomes
- Learn and apply the MEDDIC framework to qualify andadvance sales opportunities
- Build tailored value propositions tied to measurableROI and customer outcomes
- Deliver product demonstrations that connectcapabilities to real customer challenges
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across buyingcommittees
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and strong dealhygiene in CRM
- Negotiate and close contracts while protecting pricingintegrity
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, andcustomer success to drive deal success

Required Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferablyin Customer Experience, CX, or adjacent categories
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotain a new business or hunter-style role
- Application of the MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) framework and willingness to grow deep expertise.
- Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market organizations
- Solid outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, email,social selling)
- Ability to run a structured, outcome-focused discoveryprocess
- Strong communication and storytelling capabilities
- Experience managing 1–3 month and 3–6 month B2B salescycles
