Strive have partnered with a rapidly scaling AI-native workforce management platform transforming how enterprise organisations manage their people. Spanning Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Comms, the platform replaces decade-old tools that billions of frontline workers are still managed by today.

With $100M+ raised and a deeply underserved market finally moving, the momentum is real. They’re searching for a Sales Director to build and lead their new business team, this is a genuine build, not a finished playbook to inherit.

The Company:

· AI-native frontline workforce management platform (Scheduling, HR, Payroll, Comms)

· $100M+ raised, including a recent Series B led by Tier 1 investors

· 150+ team in under 5 years, 100k+ frontline workers impacted

· Selling into a market underserved for decades — social care, hospitality, retail

· Strong foundations, growing pipeline, product customers genuinely need

Leadership:

· Report directly into the VP of Sales

· Experienced leadership team with the structure of an established business

· Backed by notable VCs including a Google’s venture arm

The Role:

· Sales Director; build, lead, and coach new business sellers

· Own PG and the outbound engine behind long-term growth

· Bring rigour to complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded enterprise deals

· Hybrid: 3x per week in office, central London

· Start-up / scale-up scaling experience essential
