GMP Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing queries and ongoing account needs.
- Support clients with both operational delivery and longer-term planning and strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), drawing on strong hands-on platform experience.
- Support billing-related queries and client communications, particularly where invoicing issues arise.
- Provide occasional technical support cover when required.
- Manage projects effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profi
- Previous experience working for a GMP reseller is strongly preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of GMP platforms and the ability to form and articulate opinions on best practice.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of independently identifying solutions and opportunities.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with day-to-day account management.
